[+] Small and Medium Business End-User Experience - All aspects of the Parallels Small Business Panel were specifically designed to address the needs of small and medium businesses.

'/etc/init.d/boot.apparmor stop' and remove it from start-up list by 'chkconfig --del boot.apparmor stop''setenforce 0' in shell. After you have installed Parallels Small Business Panel, switch SELinux on by running command 'setenforce 1'
We recommend that you read information on the product installation and upgrade before you install or upgrade Parallels Small Business Panel. This information, including detailed instructions, can be found in the Installation Guide located at http://download1.parallels.com/PPSMBE/10.1.0/Doc/en-US/online/parallels-panel-smb-installation-upgrade-guide/index.htm.
Parallels Products Installer and EZ Templates downloads are available at http://www.parallels.com/download/small-business-panel/.
For detailed instructions on how to provision Parallels Small Business Panel to your customers if you are a Hosting Service Provider, refer to the Provisioning Guide located at http://download1.parallels.com/PPSMBE/10.1.0/Doc/en-US/online/parallels-panel-smb-provisioning-guide/index.htm.
Parallels Small Business Panel Knowledge Base can be accessed at http://kb.parallels.com.
After upgrade to the Panel 10.1, Apache configuration of PHP sites might get corrupted in case PHP was set to run as CGI or FastCGI application in 10.0. For details on the problem resolution, refer to the Knowledge Base article at http://kb.parallels.com/en/6380.
The Panel cannot be installed by means of Parallels Products Installer using EZ templates on a 32-bit Parallels Container located in a 64-bit Parallels Containers 3.x node.
When the Panel is being installed in Parallels Containers through Parallels Products Installer using EZ templates, PHP support might not be available for selection in Parallels Products Installer interface. If you happen to encounter this issue, disregard the error message and proceed with installation because PHP will be installed despite what the error text says.
When installing or upgrading the Panel in Parallels Containers using EZ templates, selecting one component in Parallels Products Installer or Parallels Small Business Panel (Settings > Updates) may result in installation of several components because a single EZ template can correspond to a number of components.
Example: When you select Parallels Premium Antivirus for installation, SpamAssassin is also installed because SpamAssassin is a part of the "extended" template.
When you install or upgrade the Panel in Parallels Containers using EZ templates, the list of available components in Parallels Products Installer or Parallels Small Business Panel (Settings > Updates) may indicate that some of the components are unavailable. This can mean the following:
Mail services work incorrectly with domains that have case-sensitive names.
It is not recommended to use period in the FTP account password for data backup at remote FTP locations.
The Migration Manager does not check if the disk space available at source and destination servers is sufficient for performing migration (for storing the migration temporary files, in particular). So the required estimations and server preparations should be done prior to migrating data to the Panel. For details, refer to the Migration Guide available at http://download1.parallels.com/PPSMBE/10.1.0/Doc/en-US/online/parallels-panel-smb-administrator-guide/parallels-panel-smb-migration-guide/index.htm
Be sure to use only the latest operating system templates.
Parallels Small Business Panel does not work in offline management mode.
If you install SpamAssassin after creating a number of mail addresses, SpamAssassin will not filter messages sent to these addresses. To resolve this issue, go to the Settings tab > Mail, clear the 'Switch on SpamAssassin spam filtering' check box, click OK, then return to this screen, select this check box again, and click OK.
Site Editor does not support International Domain Names (IDN), so websites that use IDN cannot be created in Site Editor.
By default TLS support is switched off for Postfix mail server due to Postfix using a self-signed SSL certificate. To enable TLS support for Postfix, install a valid SSL certificate and issue the following command:
postconf -e 'smtp_use_tls=yes'
mailmng --reload-service
Note that mailmng utility is located inside Parallels Small Business Panel installation directory.
After installing Parallels Small Business Panel with Postfix on a RedHat Enterprise Linux server, Postfix service might be reported as not working while it is actually working correctly. To resolve this issue, simply restart the Postfix service.
Native Apache restart script might not work correctly on openSUSE 11 servers under high workload. To resolve this issue, restart Apache manually.
To avoid issues with inability to remove e-mail messages through Atmail Webmail Light 1.0, go to Atmail settings and select the Auto Delete Trash option.
