Preparing Help Desk Server for Registration

Before integrating a Help Desk server with Plesk Expand, there are some preparations that you should make on this server.

To prepare a Help Desk server, follow these steps:

1. Install the Help Desk software on the server.
2. Install the Help Desk plugin over the Help Desk software.
3. Configure the Help Desk plugin.

   After the initial configuration has been complete, you receive the following data:

   • URL to Help Desk plugin,
   • Password to Help Desk plugin,
   • Gateway secret phrase.

     This data is necessary for the Help Desk server registration.

Now you can go to the Plesk Expand control panel and register the Central Help Desk.
