Registering New Help Desk Server

Before registering the Central Help Desk server in Plesk Expand, make sure that you have properly prepared it and received the following parameters, which are required for the registration:

• URL to Help Desk plugin,
• Password to Help Desk plugin.

To reach the page where you can register the Help Desk server, select Plesk Servers in the Plesk Expand navigation pane, then click Register Central Help Desk in the Tools section.

To register the Help Desk server in Plesk Expand, follow these steps:

1. Fill in the following information into the respective fields:
   • URL to Help Desk plugin,
   • Password to Help Desk plugin.
2. Click OK.
