To go to the administration page of the Central Help Desk server registered in your Plesk Expand, select Plesk Servers in the Plesk Expand navigation pane, then click Central Help Desk in the Tools section.
You can perform the following functions to administer the Central Help Desk server:
The Central Help Desk administration panel opens in a new browser window. You will be automatically logged in to the Central Help Desk, where you can view and manage tickets received from the Plesk servers registered in your Plesk Expand.
