Changing Central Help Desk Server Connection Settings

To edit Central Help Desk server connection settings, select Plesk Servers in the Plesk Expand navigation pane, click Central Help Desk in the Tools section, and then click Connection Settings.

Here you can change the following connection settings:

• URL to Help Desk plugin,
• Password to Help Desk plugin.

Change the necessary connection settings and click OK.
