Dealing with Plesk Expand Errors

If due to some reasons Plesk Expand fails to perform a certain requested action, an Expand Error page is displayed. On this page, see the Error Information fieldset for explanations about the reason of the failure.

Whatever the reason of the failure is, we recommend first to go back to the previous page and try performing the desired task again.

If this fails, try one of the following:

• if there are certain user-set parameters which prevent the action, go to the corresponding pages of the Plesk Expand interface to adjust the required parameters
• if there is a reason of technical nature, which you cannot deal with yourself, please contact Plesk Expand technical support for help.
