[*] Issue resolved: Microsoft FTP Server 7.0 was automatically installed replacing the newer versions of the application during upgrade to the Panel 10.
[*] It is possible now to control visibility and URLs of links to Parallels Store that appear on the License Management page and allow purchasing the Panel and add-on licenses.
[*] Interface Management > Language Management page is updated and now fully corresponds to the actual functionality: the legacy buttons for adding and removing locales are deleted. Modifications to the Panel languages are now available only from command-line and programming interfaces.
[-] Issue resolved for upgrades to Panel 10: Subscriptions remained in status Problem Subscription after they were processed with the Transition to Panel 10 Assistant using the scheme "Subscription Inherits from the Domain".
[-] Issue resolved: SOA records were corrupted when service symbols (for example, ".") were specified in the contact e-mail.
[-] Issue resolved: Script reconfigurator.pl allowed switching to Apache web server, which is not supported in Panel 10.

[-] Issue resolved: The upgrade from Plesk 8.x hanged on the license confirmation page because of the database conflict: The Panel 10 required MySQL 5.1 whereas the 4.1 version was installed.
[-] Issue resolved: The "Statistics" tab in the Control Panel displayed incorrect disk space usage for mail services because it also included the size of domain-specific content (configuration, logs, and such).
[-] Issue resolved for upgrades to Panel 10: Client accounts were not transitioned to the new business model if a transition scheme other than "Upgrade to reseller" was used.
[-] Issue resolved: Upgrade from 9.x to the Panel 10 failed with the with 'Internal Error' message if a client account had the same name as a domain administrator account.
[-] Issue resolved: The reconfigurator.exe utility failed to start with error "Unable to get a long path for (c:\program files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\MySQL\bin\bin\mysqld-nt.exe): (3) The system cannot find the path specified."
[-] Issue resolved: After soft limits on traffic and disk space usage were set to the unlimited (0), the Panel sent notification about reaching soft limits.

[-] Issue resolved: It was impossible to change an IP address type from shared to exclusive when only a single customer used it.
[-] Issue resolved: A site root directory was not removed during the site removal from subscription.

[+] Customer & Business Manager component (former Parallels Plesk Billing, or ModernBill) enables a full range of business tools fully integrated into the Panel. Business store front, invoicing, online payments and accounting are just a few of the integrated features. Domain registration and SSL certificates are available as well. This solution is no longer released as a standalone application.
[*] Security improvements — we added dual control of encryption keys, extended authentication and password management settings, and added audit log to let you easily enhance the security level of the system.

[-] Issue resolved: Voiding of a subscription invoice prevented the further activation of the subscription in the Panel even if the new invoice for this subscription was created and paid.
[-] Issue resolved: OpenSRS module returned an error on attempt to renew an already renewed domain name registration.
[-] Issue resolved: The domain name registration status was not changed automatically from "pending renewal" to "active" after the renewal was successfully performed.

Parallels Plesk Panel 10.1.1 for Microsoft Windows can run on the following operating systems:
Before installing Parallels Plesk Panel on Windows Server 2003, you need to install Internet Information Services (IIS) with World Wide Web (WWW) Service and File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Service support.
Before installing Parallels Plesk Panel on Windows Server 2008, you need to add the Web Server role.
A static IP address should be configured in the operating system before installing Parallels Plesk Panel for Windows.
Parallels Plesk Panel for Windows can be installed only on NTFS partition.
In order for your server to support Server Side Includes (SSI), Active Server Pages (ASP), Adobe ColdFusion, and Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions, you need to install these components yourself.
Windows Installer 4.5 is required for Microsoft SQL Server 2008 installation. If it is not installed in the system, you can download it from the Microsoft official website.
If you plan to use Microsoft SQL Server support in Parallels Plesk Panel for Windows, the SQL Server should be installed and configured to use standard or mixed security mode. If Microsoft SQL Server is not installed, you can select it to be installed with Parallels Plesk Panel for Windows and configured with administrator name "sa" and a random password.
IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend that you install Parallels Plesk Panel for Microsoft Windows on a clean server; specifically, only the aforementioned operating system components should be installed.

Selecting Full installation on physical servers with Windows Server 2008 crashes the installation because Kaspersky Antivirus cannot be installed. Select Typical installation, or Custom and remove Kaspersky from the list of installed components.
PHP 5 is required for the brand new SiteBuilder, so be sure to select it if you want to use SiteBuilder.
Customer and Business Manager is designed for the Administrator-Customers model and does not support the Panel resellers yet.
On Windows Server 2003, web server returns the Internal Server Error message instead of executing PHP scripts. This occurs when PHP works in FastCGI mode, and CPU monitoring is enabled on a customer's IIS application pool.
The firewall in the Panel cannot show and manage predefined and custom rules added directly to the Windows firewall configuration. If you need to manage such rules, configure the firewall built into the operating system.
If you fail to upload backup files that exceed 30 megabytes, adjust the file size limit in IIS configuration by issuing the following command: "%WINDIR%\System32\inetsrv\appcmd.exe" set config "PleskControlPanel" -section:requestFiltering -requestLimits.maxAllowedContentLength:2000000000.
