To install the theme customized by the server administrator, issue the following command:
branding_theme -i -vendor admin -source <path/filename.zip>
On Windows systems, you need to specify an absolute path to file, for example: c:\tmp\custom_theme.zip.
To install the theme customized by a reseller, issue the following command:
branding_theme -i -vendor <reseller's username> -source <path/filename.zip>
