You have the option to automatically send notifications to customers who have overdue invoices. If these customers do not close the invoices, the service removes their unpaid subscriptions.
If you turn on this service, the event queue will automatically check suspended subscriptions every twenty (20) minutes to see if the associated invoice has been paid. If it has been paid, the system will activate the subscription.
