Editing Invoices

There are several ways to get to the edit screen for any invoice in your system. The easiest way to edit invoices for your customer accounts is to follow the instructions below.

To edit an invoice:

  1. Go to Business Operations > Invoices.
  2. You will be presented with a list of all invoices issued by the system. Click the invoice id in the Invoice No. column for the invoice you wish to view. (You can also access an invoice by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the Available Operations column.)
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Update the invoice information according to your needs and click Save.
