Plesk Administrator can set any setting for any domain account registered in Plesk database. Plesk clients are allowed to manage their own domains only. The settings are as follows:
Plesk Administrator can change the base domain settings - the domain name, the IP address, and the domain owner (Plesk client).
A collection of domain settings can be applied to one or several domain accounts at a time. Plesk Administrator can set domain settings for all domains belonging to a certain Plesk client, or for several clients.
Domain settings are set by sending a request set packet to Plesk server.
