Plesk for Windows is available through two installation packages: a smaller web installer file, which will download required Plesk components depending on your installation choices, and a bigger network installer file, which contains all components required by Plesk, eliminating the need to download something. Besides that, there are no differences between these two installer types.
There are two ways to install Plesk through downloaded installer:
If you are relatively unexperienced user, we recommend to install Plesk via GUI.
If you have an earlier version of Plesk installed on your server, refer to the Updating Earlier Versions of Plesk for Windows to Latest Version of Plesk for Windows chapter.
