SiteBuilder consists of two parts: the Wizard and the Administrator Panel.
The Wizard is a five-step point-and-click application enabling users to create and publish web sites.
The Administrator Panel is a tool for managing hosts, users, SiteBuilder components and managing and maintaining web sites created in the Wizard.
