Plesk Sitebuilder consists of two parts: the Wizard and the Administrator Panel.
Wizard is a web application enabling its users to create web sites and publish them on the Internet.
The Administrator Panel is a tool for managing Sitebuilder system-wide preferences and maintaining web sites created in the Wizard.
