Backing Up and Restoring Plesk Sitebuilder Data

In Plesk Sitebuilder, you can perform a one-time data backup on request. Scheduled backups are not supported. You have the following backup options:

• Full data backup from your Administrator Panel
• Full data backup or backup of certain data segments from the command line

The restore of data is possible only from the command line.

If you do not wish to backup all Plesk Sitebuilder data, you can separately back up and then restore the following data segments:

• User accounts
• Sites (with content, including modules)
• Site families
• Page sets
• Hosts
• General Plesk Sitebuilder settings and license

  Note: When backing up the sites content (namely, the modules created on sites), Plesk Sitebuilder does not back up the data entered by the visitors on the published site - for example, the posts left in customers' Forums, Blogs and Guestbooks. Only the module settings and content configured in the Wizard - for example, the images uploaded to the Image Galleries, the customers' eShop catalogues and payment settings - are saved. The only exception are the orders placed by buyers in customers' eShops; these are also backed up.
