Retrieves advertising settings for a specified user and language.
[C#] public AdvertisingSettingsValue GetAdvertisingSettings( string ownerId, string languageCode );
AdvertisingSettingsValue object.
To change or retrieve system-wide advertising settings, you should specify empty string as ID value.
