Working with Tables

Tables are used to organize textual and numerical information in a convenient and clear way. Besides, on web pages, tables are often used as a convenient tool for building page layout. When you build your page layout on the basis of a table, you:

• Have more freedom in positioning elements on a web page
• Ensure that organized text is displayed correctly in all browsers and screen resolutions

With table-based layout you may, for example, incorporate an RSS feed into your page as a side frame, by drag-and-dropping the RSS module as described in Adding RSS News Feeds, into one of the table columns.
