Creating Localization Pack

The process of creating a localization package is divided into the following steps:

  1. Obtaining localization package source file.

    Localization package source file can be created from scratch, but a recommended option is starting from an existing source and modifying it accordingly.

  2. Samples of source files are installed with Sitebuilder SDK and available at <Sitebuilder SDK installation directory>\Samples\Localization\. (If you installed Sitebuilder SDK to a default location, it is C:\Program Files\Swsoft\Sitebuilder for Windows 4.0\SDK\Samples\Localization\.)Adjusting the localization package source file (translating the phrases of the entries).
  3. Compiling the localization package source file into installable package

Note: Do not forget to specify the correct culture code for the LP created from a copy.
