1. Introduction

Parallels Web Presence Builder 11 Standalone is a software suite for hosting providers. It includes the following components:

This solution is designed for hosting service providers who have their own shared hosting control panel and a billing system, and who want to offer Web Presence Builder to their customers.

The following list describes the changes that were introduced in Web Presence Builder 11.0.11.

  1. [+] Extended language support for third-party components. Users can choose almost any language for their website in the editor's Website Settings, and this language will be used by all third-party components that support it.

  2. [+] Right-To-Left languages support. Users can choose a Right-To-Left language for their website, and their website will be fully RTL-compliant. Note that this ability does not affect website editor itself, only websites.

  3. [+] Option to synchronize sidebar and content height. Users can enable synchronization of sidebar and content heights to ensure that both sidebars and content always reach the footer. This functionality is available on the Design tab.

  4. [+] Website name and slogan outline. Users can make website name and slogan stand out by enabling outline effect in corresponding properties.

  5. [+] Ability to retrieve a list of websites via API. Server administrators can use an API call to see the list of all existing websites with some of their properties. Read more about this functionality.

  6. [*]  New color scheme names. Color schemes now have human-readable names and are more fun to read.

  7. [*]  Improved design of the website topic selection screen. The topic selection screen was redesigned to make it more focused and to make the Search function more visible. The website name and website topic language options were moved to the Prefill Your Website screen.

  8. [*]  Making modules unavailable in the editor. Administrators can prevent customers from using certain modules in the editor. Modules can be hidden for the whole installation, not per-site. Learn more about it.

  9. [*]  Prohibiting users from removing their sites. Administrators can prevent customers from deleting their sites from the editor by removing the Remove Site button. Learn more about it.

  10. [*]  WPB now displays proper and detailed error message when opened in unsupported browsers.

  11. [*]  Shortened sharing links from YouTube ( can now be used in the Embedded Video modules.

  12. [-]  Empty titles in blog posts are not collapsed anymore, so users will have easier time clicking on them to provide a new title.

  13. [-]  Resolved the issue with lack of "e-mail" text in some website topics that affected SEO.

  14. [-]  Resolved the issue that made it difficult to drag and drop a module between two other modules.

  15. [-]  Resolved the issue with site's layout displayed incorrectly in the editor after design modification, unless the editor window was reloaded.

  16. [-]  Resolved the issue with some editor pages not fitting entirely the screens of monitors with low vertical resolution.

  17. [-]  Resolved the issue with notification mail not sent after website visitors submit Contact Form.

  18. [-]  Resolved the issue with notification mail being sent from unknown address if the E-Mail field was removed and then added to Contact Form.

  19. [-]  Resolved the issue with Contact Form not supporting internationalized e-mail addresses.

  20. [-]  Resolved the issue with Disqus module not working with Swedish localization.

  21. [-]  Resolved the issue with image order in Image Gallery being randomly changed after publishing website.

  22. [-]  Resolved the issue with incorrect symbols present in Hosting Provider topic in French.

  23. [-]  Resolved the issue with Ecwid online stores not working properly with SSL connections.

You can install the core components of the system on the same server where you plan to host websites, or have one dedicated server for running the system (the core server) and publish websites on separate hosting servers.

Before installing, make sure that the following requirements for the core server and publishing servers are met.
